Our Wedding

Our story began at the Blue Martini bar in Scottsdale, Arizona, in February 2022. Nicole was enjoying her final week in Arizona as a digital nomad, while Chris was out with friends before attending a friend's wedding. Fate had other plans for us that night. Nicole was accompanied by her mother and her mother's friends, creating the perfect backdrop for an unexpected meeting. We instantly connected over our shared ties to Boston and Arizona, marveling at the unique experiences each location offered. Despite the lively atmosphere, our conversation felt intimate and genuine, sparking a connection neither of us anticipated. With Nicole set to return to Boston that Wednesday, Chris seized the moment and asked her out on a date the Tuesday before her departure. What began as a casual evening with light bites evolved into a bar hopping adventure, leaving us both eager to see where this new connection could lead. Our relationship blossomed through long-distance, filled with frequent visits to each other's cities and countless FaceTime calls. These moments, both big and small, solidified our bond and made the miles between us feel insignificant. Eventually, we decided to make Boston our shared home. Chris packed his bags and headed east, and together we settled into a charming brownstone in South Boston. Embracing the city's seasonal offerings, we've enjoyed everything from beach days to winter escapes up north, creating countless memories along the way. Our love story is a testament to the power of chance encounters and the beauty of embracing life's unexpected turns. We are thrilled to continue our journey together and are so grateful to share this special moment with you.

Where to fly into

Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport is about a 45-minute drive to the Newport area, while Boston Logan International Airport is roughly a 2-hour drive away.

Will ceremony/reception be Indoor or outdoor?

The ceremony will take place on the right side of the estate, on the grass. The cocktail hour will be held on the outdoor lawn, as well as inside the mansion. The reception will be under a pitched tent. *Block heels encouraged; heel protectors will be provided.*

What the heck is Formal Garden Party attire?

We invite guests to dress up for the occasion and color is encouraged. That means men should be in suits or blazers. Women should wear mid length to floor length dresses.

We’re so excited to celebrate with our nearest and dearest. If your invitation includes a guest, you’ll see their name listed on your invitation.
